I am Achama Isaac: born in Sweden, Canadian citizen and citizen of the world. After more than 30 years of professional life and 15+ years teaching English on four continents, I teach live online classes as a digital nomad, wherever the road takes me.

About me

A citizen of the world who lives to teach

“The best moment in a class is when a student stops translating and simply speaks.”

I was born in Sweden and I am a Canadian citizen. My first career was in corporate finance in Canada. Then the language I had always loved became my profession: I trained as a TESOL teacher and started teaching English around the world.

I have taught in Egypt, Malaysia, Uruguay and Canada, and since 2017 I work fully online for international training companies such as Speexx and ACA – Ateliers de conversation anglaise. Read the full story in what teaching on four continents taught me.
